Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Junior Customer Support Executive

to handle

order verification calls, customer coordination, and query resolution

for our fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite demeanor, and an interest in the fashion retail space.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

order confirmation and verification calls

with customers. Handle

inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

related to customer queries and complaints. Coordinate with the

warehouse and logistics teams

to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Follow up on

pending orders, returns, and exchanges

to ensure timely closures. Gather customer feedback and report common issues to the operations team. Support the

CRM and sales teams

with post-purchase follow-ups and satisfaction checks. Ensure a positive brand experience in every customer interaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
