Job Description

In this challenging position as Customer Support Executive, you will be managing the customer support activities (mainly email, call and chat support) for a fast-growing European Digital Services Company.

Responsibilities and Duties



To provide email, call and chat support for international customers. Take part in daily stand-up meetings. Utilise and build FAQs, Solution Guides, and Knowledge Base. Maintain up-to-date and accurate process documentation. Compile requirements for IT for new developments. Support requests from senior management.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications



Experience in a Customer Service environment. Should have adequate knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets. Fluency in English is a must. Additional language is an advantage. Effective written and verbal communication. Self-driven and goal-oriented + strong organizational talent. A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to collaborate with international teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
