Job Description

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for assisting users with technical and non-technical queries related to our WordPress plugins and digital products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional support through email, chat, and ticketing systems. Understand customer issues and guide them with clear, step-by-step solutions. Troubleshoot basic WordPress-related problems such as plugin conflicts, installation issues, or UI concerns. Escalate complex technical issues to the development or QA team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions. Communicate product updates and instructions to users when needed. Assist in creating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and effective service.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic understanding of WordPress (plugins, themes, dashboard). Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple language. Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer queries. Good typing speed and ability to manage multiple conversations. Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude. Understanding of HTML, CSS, hosting, or website troubleshooting.
