Role Overview



As a

Customer Support and Sales Executive Intern

, you will be on the front lines of communication, acting as a bridge between Manaspurti and its users. You will support inbound and outbound communications, learn the art of ethical sales, and ensure a seamless, purpose-aligned customer experience. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about people, purpose, and progress.

Key Responsibilities



Interact with customers and prospective clients via phone, email, chat, or in-person (as applicable). Assist in gathering feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. Support internal sales efforts through lead follow-ups, explaining product offerings, and setting up demos or meetings. Help maintain and improve CRM data by documenting interactions and updating records. Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and contribute to user experience insights. Uphold and communicate the values and mission of Manaspurti Technologies in all interactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written). Passionate about purpose-driven work and empathetic to customer needs. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about customer relationship management and ethical sales practices. Comfortable using basic digital tools (CRM, email, messaging apps, Google Workspace, etc.). Prior experience in customer service, sales, or communications (even in college clubs or voluntary orgs) is a plus. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Konkani, or Telugu is a bonus.
