Role Overview



We are looking for a proactive and client-focused

Junior Customer Success Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, timely support, and solutions that meet their evolving needs. You'll work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business development to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the main liaison for key clients, maintaining consistent and clear communication. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and support issues to ensure high satisfaction. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Understand client goals and proactively recommend features, solutions, or services. Track customer satisfaction metrics and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to inform product and service enhancements. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior management as necessary. Foster strong client relationships to support long-term retention and upsell opportunities.

What We're Looking For:



2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Account Management, Sales, or Project Coordination (preferably in a tech or software-based environment). Strong understanding of B2B customer lifecycle and relationship management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of technologies such as PHP, Linux, MySQL, SQL, JavaScript, Java, or jQuery. Prior experience with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus.

Nice to Have



Experience working with international teams or clients. Prior experience in an e-learning or EdTech company.
