Job Description

Position : Junior Credit Analyst
Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities

Assist in analysis of construction and real estate funding proposals

Review project cost, BOQ, budgets, and funding structures

Support preparation of credit appraisal and financial analysis reports

Analyze cash flows, project feasibility, and repayment capacity

Verify and organize client financial and project documents

Coordinate with sales, legal, RERA, and operations teams

Maintain MIS, trackers, and credit files

Support sanction and disbursement tracking

Assist in post-disbursement monitoring

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and credit concepts

Interest in construction finance and real estate projects

Good command of MS Excel and MS Word

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Good communication and coordination

Ability to work with data, reports, and deadlines

Educational Qualification

MBA (Finance / Banking / Real Estate / Operations or related specialization)
