PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support senior producers in pre-production, shoot logistics, and post Coordinate with writers, directors, editors, and talent Help track timelines, budgets, shoot days, and delivery calendars Be on-ground during shoots to assist with continuity, styling, brand callouts, etc. Research trends, formats, and references across social to fuel TBH's content style Pitch in on idea development, casting calls, and everything in between

REQUIREMENTS:

Has 1-2 years of experience in a production, creative agency, or content studio setup Loves storytelling, understands short-form storytelling (Instagram, YT Shorts) Is detail-oriented, organised, and low-key obsessed with aesthetic consistency Wants to grow into a full-fledged producer role (and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty on set) Can manage under pressure, and communicate clearly across teams
