coto is a spiritual transformation platform connecting seekers with 200+ verified practitioners offering tarot, Vedic astrology, energy healing, and relationship coaching. We serve diaspora communities globally, helping people navigate life transitions through authentic spiritual guidance. Since July 2024, we've facilitated over 2 million minutes of transformational consultations.

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Creative Designer to create graphics and video edits across our digital platforms. You'll design stories, thumbnails, website images, community graphics, and B2B event materials that communicate our brand clearly and beautifully.

What You'll Do

Create graphics and video edits using Canva, Adobe Suite and others Design Instagram stories, YouTube thumbnails, website images, and community graphics Develop templates for B2B events, posters, and promotional materials Use AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, hailua, Sora) to enhance creative output Maintain our brand aesthetic Collaborate with the Content team and Marketing team on visual concepts Work quickly while maintaining design quality
Requirements

Must Have:

0-1 years of design experience Expert in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Familiar with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Ideogram, or similar) Strong understanding of visuals, design principles, and composition Portfolio showing digital graphics work Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus:

Video editing experience Figma experience Wellness/spirituality brand experience Interest in astrology, tarot, or spiritual practices
