The Junior CRM & Home Loan Coordinator will support the sales and finance teams by handling basic customer coordination, maintaining CRM data, and assisting in home loan documentation and follow-ups. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:CRM Support
Handle customer enquiries and basic follow-ups
Update and maintain customer details in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales and crm teams
Assist in documentation for bookings and agreements
Support post-sales customer communication
Home Loan Support
Assist customers in collecting and submitting home loan documents
Coordinate with banks / HFCs for application status updates
Track loan files for approval and disbursement
Maintain basic MIS and loan records
Support senior team members in loan coordination activities
Education & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply)
0-2 year experience in CRM, customer coordination, or real estate preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn banking and home loan processes
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email)
Positive attitude and team player
Preferred Profile:
Freshers interested in Real Estate or Banking coordination
Candidates with internship or site experience will be an advantage
