Key Responsibilities:
Calling Leads:
Proactively call potential students from various lead sources such as website enquiries, walk-ins, digital campaigns, and third-party databases to promote our IT education programs.
Handling Enquiries:
Interact with walk-in and telephonic enquiries to understand their education background, career goals, and guide them accordingly about relevant courses.Actively generate leads through cold calling, attending educational events, student referrals, digital engagement, and social media platforms.Provide detailed information about various programs offered by the institute including curriculum, duration, career outcomes, certifications, and placement support. Help students choose the right program based on their interests and goals.Maintain regular follow-up with potential students via calls, messages, and emails to assist them in the decision-making process. Keep detailed records of interactions in Excel.Work towards meeting monthly and quarterly enrolment targets set by the management.Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to stay updated on course offerings, batch schedules, internship opportunities, and student success stories.

1-2 years of experience in student counseling
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
