Our production lab is specialized in creating bold brand storytelling content that engages consumers and helps businesses achieve their goals and growth objectives. Role Description This Human Resource role is a full-time on-site position located at our Bangalore Urban office. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination for interview processes. The Human Resource professional will work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and draft job descriptions, as well as build and maintain a talent pipeline for the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 0-1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related field
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Prior experience working with recruitment tools, such as applicant trackers, sourcing platforms, or CRMs is a plus
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
