What You'll Do

As a Junior Copywriter - Digital, you will:


Craft engaging and crisp copy for digital platforms including social media, websites, emailers, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with designers and strategists to create impactful brand communication. Brainstorm and contribute to ideas for campaigns, reels, and content calendars. Adapt copy for different formats - long-form blogs, ad headlines, scripts, and captions. Stay updated with digital trends, pop culture, and evolving consumer behavior. Ensure brand tonality and voice are consistent across all communications. #

What We Want

We are looking for someone who:


Has 1-2 years of experience in copy/content writing (preferably in an advertising or digital agency). Is fluent in English with strong grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling skills. Understands how to write for social media, digital ads, and web audiences. Is creative, curious, and able to think in both short, punchy copy and long-form storytelling. Can collaborate with teams and contribute fresh, innovative ideas. Believes in ownership, deadlines, and Tempest's values. #
