VACANCY OPENING- FOUNDATION WING COORDINATOR AT HRM GLOBAL SCHOOL, PITAMPURA

Looking for an experienced and dynamic *Foundation Wing Coordinator (Grades Nursery-2)

The candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

A deep understanding of pre-primary and early years curriculum development and transaction
Lead a team of pre-primary and early grade teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Ensure curriculum implementation is aligned with school standards and learning outcomes.
Monitor student progress and maintain a positive, nurturing environment.
Coordinate with parents, staff, and management for effective communication and school functioning.
Organise events, assemblies, and activities for the foundation wing.
*Conduct teacher training sessions and classroom observations to ensure quality teaching practices.

*Maintain safety and smooth day-to-day operations of the foundation section.

*Conduct suitable events to promote school culture

*Reflect Growth & Progressive mindset

Qualifications & Skills:

- Preference- PBL/Experiential learning/Play-based pedagogy experience.

Bachelor's / Master's Degree with B.Ed/M.Ed. or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in early years / primary classes; 2-3 years of experience in managing a team is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to mentor teachers and manage academic and administrative responsibilities effectively.
