We are seeking a motivated

Junior Cook - Continental

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hotel kitchen experience and a passion for continental cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes under the guidance of senior chefs. Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards. Handle mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management. 1-2 years of relevant experience in a reputed hotel. Good communication and teamwork skills. Passion for food and willingness to learn.
