Junior Content Writer

to join our Marketing Team at Space Matrix on a

contract

. This role is perfect for an early-career communicator looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative, and purpose-driven setting.


You'll contribute to a wide variety of content--from social media posts and blog articles to internal stories and marketing assets--helping us showcase our people, projects, and ideas in powerful ways.

What makes the role successful:

Craft engaging, well-researched content across digital and print platforms--including blogs, social media, newsletters, case studies, emailers, and internal stories. Collaborate with the broader marketing team on content planning, research, and idea generation. Simplify complex topics, including design and workplace strategy, into clear and compelling narratives. Coordinate with project teams to gather insights, interviews, and supporting visuals. Uphold brand voice and tone across all content formats. Incorporate basic SEO principles and keyword research into digital content. Proofread, fact-check, and format content to ensure accuracy and quality.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in writing, content creation, journalism, or communications. A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is a plus. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Versatility in tone, style, and structure across different platforms and audiences. Interest in design, architecture, sustainability, or workplace innovation is a bonus. Familiarity with Google Workspace, WordPress, and social media platforms is a plus. Familiarity with SEO/Analytics tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console is a plus. * A team player with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow.
