Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and creative Junior Content Writer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and impactful content. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Editing & Proofreading:

Edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, style, and tone. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Maintain a consistent voice across multiple platforms.

Content Creation Support:

Collaborate with content creators and writers to improve the quality of their work. Provide constructive feedback to enhance storytelling and clarity. Assist in drafting content when required.

Content Strategy:

Work closely with the marketing team to align content with business objectives. Ensure content is SEO-optimized and supports digital marketing goals. Monitor and suggest trends to keep content relevant and engaging.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct final checks on all content before publication or distribution. Verify factual accuracy and adherence to copyright laws.

Collaboration:

Liaise with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure cohesive content delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in content editing, writing, or a similar role. Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal). Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles. Proficiency in editing tools and software (e.g., Grammarly, MS Word, Google Docs). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative mindset and ability to adapt to different tones and styles.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Analytical mindset to evaluate content performance.
