We are looking for a dynamic

Junior

Consultant

with a flair for

marketing and social media management

to join our team. This is a full-time role ideal for

freshers or early professionals

who understand core consulting practices and also enjoy creating engaging content, managing online presence, and building a brand voice across platforms. You will work closely with clients to deliver strategic recruitment solutions while also supporting business growth through impactful marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions. Source, screen, and recommend candidates for various job roles across global markets. Assist in onboarding, talent mapping, and recruitment strategy planning. Maintain and grow strong client relationships through timely communication and delivery. Contribute to reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for client accounts. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company's digital presence. Create engaging posts, reels, infographics, and marketing collaterals aligned with our brand identity. Collaborate on email campaigns, job fair promotions, and lead generation initiatives. Monitor social media analytics to measure engagement and optimize content performance. Stay updated with current trends to ensure fresh and relevant content delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and digital marketing Familiarity with tools such as:

Meta Business Suite

&

Ad Managers

ATS/CRM platforms

(e.g., Zoho, HubSpot or similar)

Canva

and basic

video editing

software (e.g., CapCut, InShot) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork abilities Ability to balance client-focused consulting with brand-aligned marketing delivery.

Preferred Qualities:

A creative mindset and eagerness to learn. Passion for helping others grow their careers globally. Willingness to take initiative and think strategically. Any internship or project experience in HR or social media is a plus.

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
