We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior HR Compliance Executive to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements (Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
Maintain documentation and records related to licenses, permits, and statutory compliances.
Coordinate with internal departments, government authorities, and auditors regarding compliance activities.
Track and update the compliance status of all sites/offices on a regular basis.
Prepare compliance reports, trackers, MIS, and submit to management as required.
Ensure timely renewal of registrations, approvals, and certificates.
Identify compliance gaps and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Law, or related field
1-2 years
of relevant experience in compliance, HR operations, or audit support.
