About the role:

We are looking for a Cold Outbound Specialist to support our Influencer Marketing Department. This is an entry-to-junior-level role focused on the execution and day-to-day management of cold outreach campaigns. You'll work closely with senior team members to help run, monitor, and optimize outbound email campaigns while building a strong foundation in cold email best practices, deliverability, and outreach systems.


This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing technical skills in cold outbound and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

Assist in launching and managing cold email outreach campaigns Support daily operations of email sending systems Monitor basic campaign metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates Help maintain inboxes, domains, and lead lists Perform routine inbox checks and flag deliverability or technical issues Assist with email platform setup and campaign updates (e.g., Smartlead, Instantly, Quickmail, HubSpot, etc.) Support personalization and segmentation of outbound email campaigns Document processes, results, and learnings for internal reporting

Ideal candidate profile

Experience in email marketing or outbound outreach Basic understanding of cold email concepts (or strong willingness to learn) Familiarity with at least one email or CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and repetitive operational tasks Reliable, proactive, and open to feedback Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

$500-$800 USD per month, depending on experience.


This is a contract-based role, and candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.
