Job Description

1. Coaching and Training:

- Implement effective training programs formulated for individual athletes.

- Instruct athletes in the proper techniques, stances, postures, and shooting mechanics for air pistol and air rifle shooting.

- Provide both group and one-on-one coaching sessions, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

2. Skill Assessment:

- Evaluate athletes' shooting skills and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze shooting performances to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to enhance overall accuracy and consistency.

3. Safety and Equipment Management:

- Enforce strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe shooting environment for athletes and staff.

- Maintain and oversee the proper handling and maintenance of air pistols, air rifles, shooting ranges, and related equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
