Key Responsibilities:
Review patient records from multiple Electronic Health Record systems against defined eligibility criteria.
Accurately map eligible patients to relevant clinical studies.
Prepare comprehensive patient record summaries on assigned charts.
Skills Required:
Strong clinical knowledge (Pharmacology)
Attention to detail
Analytical and Critical thinking
Proficiency in Google workspace
Experience Required:
Min. 1 year experience in any fields like CRO, clinical pharmacy, medical coding, scientific writing or a related domain.
