Timing : 6.00 am to 3.00 pm (morning shift) (Every 3 month it will rotate) 09.00 am to 06.00 pm (General shift) 12.00pm to 9.00 pm(evening shift) 9.00 pm to 6.00 am (Night Shift) About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to build their career in Client Support. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, interacting with clients, and learning technical troubleshooting in a real- world environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level (L1) client support by understanding reported issues and assisting in basic
troubleshooting
Follow defined support processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures accurately
Log, track, and update client issues with clear and structured documentation
Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Perform basic data validation and functional checks under guidance
Maintain accurate support records, reports, and knowledge base documentation
Continuously learn product functionality, support workflows, and troubleshooting techniques
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic analytical and logical thinking with problem-solving aptitude
Strong willingness to learn support tools, systems, and troubleshooting practices
Ability to follow defined processes, SOPs, and escalation protocols
Good verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
Basic understanding of databases (simple queries, data validation concepts)
Fundamental knowledge of operating systems (Windows basics)
Awareness of software applications and basic SDLC concepts
Ability to work independently with guidance and collaboratively within a team
Good documentation, reporting, and attention to detail
Positive attitude, curiosity, ownership mindset, and eagerness to grow
