Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between clients and internal creative, design, and digital teams.
Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to the internal team.
Support in creating campaign proposals, presentations, and reports.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure on-time execution.
Maintain client relationships by providing prompt updates and addressing queries.
Support senior client servicing executives in day-to-day account management.
Track and report campaign performance, ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in an advertising/creative/digital agency (preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
Good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
