A Junior Client Servicing Executive assists in managing client relationships, coordinating between internal teams and clients, and supporting the execution of event projects. The role involves assisting senior team members in understanding client requirements, preparing proposals and presentations, handling on-site client needs, and ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in attending leads from venues and noting initial client briefs.
Support in planning and scheduling client meetings.
Present the company profile and portfolio to clients along with senior executives.
Assist in understanding client requirements and documenting key points.
Research event ideas, trends, and creative themes as per client preferences.
Help in preparing
PowerPoint presentations
and customized client proposals.
Coordinate with the quotation team and department head for cost estimates.
Support in
budget discussions and basic bargaining/negotiation
with vendors or clients when required.
Maintain client databases and update meeting notes regularly.
Follow up with clients for updates, approvals, and feedback.
Coordinate internally with design, production, and execution teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
Assist in on-site event handling
- ensuring client expectations are met, managing real-time updates, and coordinating with vendors.
Support senior executives in planning, execution, and client interactions during events.
Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and venue partners.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and reporting formats.
Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB
Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, or Event Management
Experience:
7 year of experience in client servicing, events, or related roles (Freshers with strong communication and interest in events are welcome)
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation design
Basic negotiation and bargaining skills
Interest in creative event concepts and aesthetics
Ability to handle on-site coordination and multitasking under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of client coordination tools, presentation software, and event workflow
