The Junior Client Relationship Manager (JCRM) supports senior relationship managers in providing high-quality financial advice and client servicing. This role involves assisting in portfolio management, ensuring client satisfaction, preparing investment proposals, and maintaining accurate client records. The JCRM acts as a key liaison between clients, advisors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless wealth management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior relationship managers in managing client portfolios and servicing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families.
Support in onboarding new clients by collecting KYC documents, preparing account-opening forms, and coordinating with compliance.
Prepare client presentations, portfolio review reports, and investment proposals.
Respond promptly to client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal teams -- investment advisory, operations, and compliance -- for smooth execution of transactions.
Maintain up-to-date client information and records in the CRM system.
Track client investment performance and highlight key updates to the relationship manager.
Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and communication campaigns.
Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and wealth management solutions.
Contribute to client retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CFP preferred).
0-2 years of experience in client servicing, wealth management, or financial advisory.
Strong understanding of investment products -- mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and insurance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
