Expertise in UDISE+ (Unified District Information System for Education Plus) portal operations is essential.
Extensive experience with CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) related portals and documentation (e.g., affiliation, examination forms, registration) is required.
Familiarity with CRC (Cluster Resource Centre) data entry and submission processes is necessary.
Assist in generating various reports as required by school management or educational authorities.
Record Keeping and Filing:
Organize and maintain both physical and digital records, files, and important documents in a systematic and easily retrievable manner.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Office Support:
Provide general administrative support to various school departments as needed.
Fee and Account Assistance:
Assist in the processing of fees, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and reconciling basic administrative accounts under supervision.
Coordination:
Liaise effectively with parents and staff to address administrative queries and provide necessary information.
Coordinate with external agencies or government departments as per instructions from superiors.
Adherence to Policies:

Qualifications:
Education:
