Supervise day-to-day construction and interior site activities.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors at site.
Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
Maintain daily site progress reports and work schedules.
Ensure safety norms and site discipline are followed.
Assist senior engineers in measurement, billing, and basic documentation.
Communicate site progress and issues to management.
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering OR Interior supervision experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of site supervision experience.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Ability to read drawings and understand site instructions.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to work at site locations.
