Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Support senior engineers in reviewing drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
Ensure basic quality standards and safety guidelines are followed on-site.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth execution.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Monitor material usage and assist in material inspection and verification.
Help in site measurements, quantity calculations, and basic billing support.
Report site issues, delays, or technical concerns to senior staff.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.
Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment as required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of civil construction activities (RCC, finishing, execution).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of basic construction safety practices.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong willingness to learn and take site responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethics.
