Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Civil Site Engineer
to assist in
day-to-day site activities for ongoing construction projects
. The role includes
supporting senior engineers, monitoring site work, ensuring basic quality and safety compliance, coordinating with contractors, and helping maintain project records.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily
civil construction activities at the site.
Support senior engineers in
reviewing drawings, plans, and technical documents.
Ensure basic quality
checks and adherence to safety rules on-site.
Coordinate with
contractors, labor teams, and site supervisors.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports and documentation.
Monitor material usage and assist in material inspection and verification.
Report
site issues, delays, or technical challenges to seniors.
Assist in site measurements and quantity calculations.
Ensure
proper housekeeping and safe work practices at the site.
Support in
planning manpower, materials, and equipment as required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of civil construction work (
structural, finishing, and site execution
).
Ability to read engineering drawings and follow instructions.
Knowledge of construction safety practices.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in
MS Office and basic AutoCAD
(added advantage).
Team player with strong work ethics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
0-2 years
of experience in civil site execution
(freshers can apply).
Exposure to residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
