Hiring for API / Formulation Plant's

Role / Designation : Jr. Civil Engineer

Key Skills :Plans, designs, and oversees the construction and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and site development, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing projects, contractors, budgets, and documentation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and new facility development.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Management: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil and structural works.Construction Oversight: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design plans, specifications, and quality standards.Contractor Management: Select, coordinate, and monitor the performance of third-party contractors and vendors.Site & Infrastructure Management: Maintain and upkeep plant buildings, roads, drainage, and utility structures.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all civil works meet regulatory requirements, GMP standards, safety procedures, and internal quality standards.Documentation: Maintain records of civil works, drawings, inspection reports, and prepare necessary reports for management.Cost Control: Monitor project costs and manage expenditures to stay within approved budgets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other engineering departments, operations, and internal teams to support project objectives.Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and procedures on site to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,146.53 - ₹35,796.76 per month
