Design and Development:

Assisting with design:

Junior engineers may contribute to designing structures, roads, bridges, or other infrastructure projects, under the supervision of senior engineers.

Calculations and reports:

They prepare calculations, design reports, and other project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

Creating plans and specifications:

They may assist in developing construction plans, specifications, and other technical documents required for the project.
Construction and Supervision:

Field inspections:

Junior engineers conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Quality control:

They perform quality control checks on materials and construction processes, ensuring they meet required standards.

Supervision of construction:

They may supervise construction activities, working under the direction of senior engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Workforce management:

They may assist with managing the workforce and capacity for construction projects.
