Job Description

We are looking for a

Site Engineer

to oversee project execution, manage labor and vendors, coordinate site activities, and ensure efficient resource management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site-based calculations, reading drawings, and implementing work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee construction projects to ensure timely and quality execution. Manage labor, vendors, and on-site resources efficiently. Interpret and implement construction drawings on-site. Conduct site-based calculations and ensure accurate measurements. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor material usage, track inventory, and manage procurement as needed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with project guidelines. Prepare and submit regular site progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience in site supervision, labor & vendor management, and project execution. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
