JD FOR JUNIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction, interpret plans/specs, and ensure work quality.

inspecting work, resolving issues

Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.

Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures

Technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers

Enforcing safety regulations and building codes, conducting inspections, and identifying potential hazards

Effectively communicating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications in Civil Engineering or any other related field

3+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory role

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work conditions

Travel may be required to worksites

Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment

Work in varying weather conditions

Extra hours may be required when nearing the completion of a project
