Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Civil Engineer

to assist with on-site supervision and execution of civil projects in

Mumbai

and

Jaipur

. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of construction activities at project sites. Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution. Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and site documentation. Conduct basic quality checks and report discrepancies. Assist in quantity measurements and material tracking. Communicate regularly with the project engineer or site manager regarding site progress and issues. Follow up with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute. 0-2 years of experience in site execution or construction supervision (freshers may apply). Basic understanding of civil construction methods and materials. Familiar with reading drawings and site layouts. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work on-site and relocate between

Mumbai

and

Jaipur

, as needed. Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD (basic) is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

Local candidates from Mumbai or Jaipur are preferred. Candidates with internship or project experience in construction will have an edge.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
