Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within the resort. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation. Supervise on-site civil works and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Support the senior engineer in preparing estimates, BOQs, and material requirements. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions. Monitor usage of construction materials and ensure cost efficiency. Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping) to resolve infrastructure-related issues. Maintain updated records of drawings, layouts, and site activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
