About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Civil Engineer

with

2-3 years of experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of engineering principles, site execution, and design workflows, with hands-on experience in

AutoCAD

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review detailed drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD. Assist in the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects. Conduct site inspections, surveys, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams. Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2-3 years of relevant experience

in civil engineering projects. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory). Strong understanding of engineering drawings, project documentation, and construction methodologies. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Knowledge of STAAD Pro / Revit / Civil 3D (added advantage). Experience with quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
