Job Description

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project progress, ensuring the safety and quality of work, and managing the work schedules of the construction team. The Site Supervisor will also communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure the project is meeting expectations.

Project Planning and Tracking

Understanding of Drawings and Materials

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams in order to address client's needs

Explain designs/ drawings to agencies/labors and site visits

Adopt the system and follow Standard Processes and Documentation

Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Doing everything on time

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Previous experience working in construction or a related field

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Strong communication skills to effectively and professionally communicate with team, project managers, architects, and clients

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project Management tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions and problem-solve effectively

Understanding of construction safety regulations and guidelines

Diploma (Required)/Btech/BE

Experience:

total work: 2 years (Required)

Industrial Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
