Qualification - Diploma or B.tech in Civil

Experience - 0-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents. Support in tracking project budgets and cost control. Conduct measurements and valuations of work done on-site. Assist in preparation of progress reports and interim payments. Support in preparing contracts and procurement documentation. Liaise with site teams, contractors, and suppliers for quantity verification. Assist in identifying and resolving any financial or contractual issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials. Proficiency in MS Excel and measurement software (e.g., AutoCAD). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under supervision and manage multiple tasks.
