We are seeking a

qualified and result-oriented Civil Engineer

with 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project execution and site management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites as per design and quality standards. Prepare and review project drawings, plans, and BOQs. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and safety standards. Manage material requirements, procurement, and site documentation. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with structural and safety norms. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, methods, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple site operations.
