Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Civil Engineer to join our field operations team at Magikkraft, a DPIIT-recognized construction robotics and AI startup. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting site supervision, data collection, progress tracking, and reporting for our AI-driven pilot projects. Responsibilities

• Support daily site monitoring and ensure construction activities align with project schedules.

• Assist in data collection through drones, 360 cameras, and manual inspection for AI analytics

• Measure quantities, verify work progress, and report deviations

• Prepare daily progress reports, material tracking sheets, and documentation for project dashboards

• Coordinate between contractors, senior engineers, and product teams

• Ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 2-3 years of experience in construction or related field

• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles

• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools (e.g., drones, 360 cameras)

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
