Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese cuisine, including noodles, fried rice, soups, dim sum, and other signature dishes.
Ensure all dishes are cooked as per restaurant standards and recipes.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen area.
Manage inventory, check ingredient freshness, and assist in daily stock requirements.
Ensure food is prepared in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.
Suggest new dishes or menu improvements when needed
