Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the design and execution of research projects focused on developmental psychology.
Assist in data collection by conducting assessments with children during sessions and reviewing collected data.
Create concise reports, summaries, and presentations to effectively share research outcomes.
Adhere strictly to ethical standards and ensure complete confidentiality at all times.
Join and actively participate in relevant workshops, training programs, seminars, and conferences.
Engage in regular check-ins, supervision, and feedback sessions with assigned mentors.
Show initiative by deepening knowledge and actively sharing ideas during team discussions.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Master's degree in Psychology or an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling.
Excellent spoken communication skills with the ability to engage in structured debate.
Previous experience working with children will be considered an added advantage.
