Key Responsibilities:



Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking. Learn and follow recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and food items. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Support kitchen operations during busy periods. Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and cuisines. Prepare basic dishes under supervision (e.g., salads, appetizers, sauces).

Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Strong interest in culinary arts and a willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
