Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
Assist Senior/Head Chef in daily operations.
Ensure ingredients and mise en place are ready before service.
Maintain cleanliness and follow FSSAI hygiene and safety guidelines.
Monitor food storage, labelling, and rotation (FIFO).
Handle equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
Control wastage and maintain proper portioning.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience as Commis I/II or Junior Chef (Indian cuisine).
Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and fast-paced environments.
