Position Overview:

As a Junior Chef at ARIKO, you'll work alongside experienced chefs to prepare and plate a variety of bagel's, sandwiches, and spreads. You'll support the back-of-house team to ensure quality, consistency, and cleanliness in a high-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food prep and cooking based on standardized recipes Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency of all dishes Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen workstations Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols strictly Support daily mise en place Collaborate with team members during rush hours Adhere to standard operating procedures for portion control and quality assurance

Minimum Requirements:

Completion of formal culinary or kitchen job training (required) 12th pass or Diploma. 6+ months experience in a commercial kitchen. Strong understanding of basic kitchen operations, tools, and food safety Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, or Telugu. Ability to work rotating shifts. Must be able to commute to Jubilee Hills.
