Job Description

The Junior Career Counselor supports the full candidate journey for an international career pathway to Germany--including sourcing, first-level counseling, documentation support, follow-ups, interview coordination, and ensuring smooth progression through all steps.

Key Responsibilities

? Conduct walk-in and scheduled counseling sessions in

? Explain pathway details, timelines, and next steps clearly.

? Source and pre-screen candidates (education, age, location, readiness).

? Collect, verify, and organise required candidate documents.

? Maintain neat and accurate digital/physical files.

? Follow compliance checklists and ensure zero mis-selling.

? Book interview/assessment slots and language-class slots.

? Send reminders and ensure strong show-up rates.

? Support candidates through each step of the onboarding journey.

? Maintain trackers for calls, walk-ins, show-ups, selections, pending documents, and next actions.

? Publish daily MIS by 6 PM with accurate data and follow-up status.

Experience

Freshers welcome. 6-18 months of experience in counseling, education sales, or customer support is preferred.

Skills & Tools

Good communication and empathetic interaction. Process-oriented, punctual, and comfortable working with daily numbers. Basic skills in Google Sheets/Docs and WhatsApp Business.
