Responsibilities

The Junior Captain supports the daily operations of the restaurant by ensuring smooth guest service, maintaining quality standards, and assisting the Captain/Shift Manager. This role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced QSR environment. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Experience Greet and assist guests, ensuring quick and friendly service. Handle guest queries, concerns, and escalations professionally. Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service speed. Operational Support Assist in managing the floor during peak hours. Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Monitor order accuracy, food presentation, and service flow. Team Coordination Guide service crew to follow SOPs and maintain discipline. Assist in training new staff on service procedures and QSR standards. Communicate shift requirements and delegate tasks as assigned by the Captain/Shift Manager. Quality & Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Monitor staff grooming, behavior, and compliance with uniform policies. Report any operational issues to the Captain/Manager promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in QSR or restaurant operations (preferred). Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Work Environment Fast-paced, high-energy restaurant setting. Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Salary

?15,000 - ?40,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
