We are seeking a

motivated Junior CAD Engineer

with 1-2 years of experience to join our design and drafting team. You will work closely with our

Australian-based clients

, providing support in preparing, revising, and maintaining engineering and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, modify, and update

layout and construction drawings

(including FC and AB drawings) based on project requirements.

Interpret client specifications

and ensure accuracy and compliance in all deliverables.

Implement revisions

and corrections as per QA auditors' feedback and client comments. Collaborate with engineers, project leads, and other team members to

ensure timely and high-quality drawing submissions

. Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings. Learn and apply

international drafting standards, conventions, and procedures

. Support team leads in identifying process improvements for drafting efficiency.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required).

Good understanding of

engineering drawings, layouts, and detailing.

Strong

attention to detail

and commitment to maintaining drawing accuracy. Ability to

adapt quickly and learn new tools or standards.

Effective

communication skills

in English (written and verbal). Ability to

work independently

as well as collaboratively in a team. Willingness to work during

Australian business hours.
