We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Drafter

to join our design and engineering team. This entry-level role involves assisting with the creation and modification of technical drawings and plans using CAD software. Working under the supervision of senior engineers, architects, or designers, the Junior Drafter will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of project documentation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and revise technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by senior team members. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Maintain well-organized records, drawings, and documentation for projects. Assist in preparing deliverables, reports, and supporting documents. Attend project meetings as required and provide drafting support. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and organizational guidelines.

Technical Skills

CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, DraftSight, or equivalent). Understanding of drafting standards and technical drawings.

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Communication and collaboration skills. Teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational and documentation skills. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Drafting, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field

. Proficiency in

CAD software

such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar. Basic understanding of

construction, building, engineering, and architectural principles

. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
