Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven (BDE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, visiting them directly, presenting our services, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential clients/customers to generate new business.

Identify sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

Present company products/services and deliver compelling pitches.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and submit daily visit reports and feedback to the team.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support. Represent the brand professionally at all times in the field.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

0-2 years of field sales or direct selling experience (freshers welcome).

Male Candidate Needed

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.
